When you are looking for a new exhibition stand for your company, you can choose from two options: buy or rent an exhibition stand. At StandSite we have a clear preference, but we are happy to let you make your own choice. Advantages and disadvantages of buying an exhibition stand
Buying a stand has a number of advantages. A major advantage of buying a trade fair stand is that you can in theory use the stand indefinitely against one-off purchase costs. Do you frequently attend a trade fair? Then buying an exhibition stand is cheaper than renting. Buying an exhibition stand therefore sounds very interesting: you are the full owner and you can use the stand wherever and whenever you want, without having to add a euro.
Here, however, the major disadvantage of buying a stand is also evident. Is your company active in an innovative market or will the house style change soon? Then your expensive, new exhibition stand is worth nothing. If you are going to present a completely new product every year, you also have to buy an exhibition stand that matches the new product every year. But buying a new exhibition stand every year is much more expensive than renting a stand once a year.

Why rent instead of buying a stand?
Are you at a trade show once or only a few times? Then renting is by definition cheaper. However, that is not the biggest advantage of renting an exhibition stand. At StandSite you can rent an exhibition stand for a fixed price per square meter. This makes you much more flexible than if you were to buy an exhibition stand. Adjusting a purchased exhibition stand costs money, and buying a new exhibition stand costs even more. A rented stand from StandSite is completely designed according to your wishes. Do you have completely different ideas and wishes this year compared to last year? Then our designers make a completely new design.
The cost of the design is included in the price. In addition, we take care of the storage, transport, building and dismantling of your stand at no additional cost. This saves you storage costs, transport costs and labor hours at the fair.
